Naan recipe using 100% whole wheat flour. Indian flat bread generally made using yeast. But this recipe uses baking powder and soda. No use of refined flour / maida. Still the naan is amazingly soft and delicious.

Ingredients : for 6 medium sized naans (approximately 6 inch size)
Whole wheat flour 1 & 1/2 cups
Salt 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon/
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
Curd 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 2 teaspoons
For garnishing
Kalonji / nigella seeds 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander 2 tablespoons
Butter as desired
