This traditional Burmese salad is well known and widely eating through out the country. We mostly eat this salad in the morning to serve breakfast. Also popular as Burmese street food. Please let me know if you have any questions.

No. You don’t need to add corn starch or baking soda for this kind of dish. If you want to be tender ,please use chicken thighs.

I think you are asking about the chicken curry which is Burmese style using in some salad and soup. I cooked chicken at the beginning.

Hello, The box size are varies. But it depends on how much you want to sell it. Since i am living in different country, I can't tell much about it. Mostly people eating less portion in Asia. I would say use 16oz or 24 oz size will be enough.
