Nacho pretty underrated..maybe just because he does not have as many minutes as others he is not receiving that much attention.. For a defender his size..you are not expecting him to be somewhat aggressive..and he can fill in as a wingback as well if no one else available..

Nacho is a shadow : no one cares about him but he's so efficient, serene and trustworthy ! What a discreet player, he's often on the bench and we never hear him complain or anything else and he can plays many position on the pitch.. To be honest, we can't predict where he's the strongest because he's so complete. Who can believe this guy has 5 Champions league and maybe 6 soon ? basically every season there is some new player joining Real Madrid's defence line and every season we hear the same - "Nacho will not play as much as last season", but it is never true, and I'm not afraid to say that he is one of the most important RM players in the last couple of years, helping the club significantly to win 5 UCL titles. Truly remarkable defender with also few quite important goals on his account too!
