That is absolutely an entire fryer grease pan poured down the drain.. A grease trap won't be that solid with smooth grease like that without someone near end of shift saying F it and pouring fryer oil down the drain to not have to go outside.

I usually wait until it solidifies and throw it in the trash or wait until it cools down a bit and pour it in a jar and then throw it in the trash. Hope this helps.
