He is a goodthief in the movie.. That's y director (SSR,bahubali fame) showed him in 2,3 thief getups in the song.. don, pirate and local thief getup.

Actually Jr NTR is one of the top dancers in Telugu Film Industry and he was also a Classical dancer since childhood. He met with an accident in 2009 where his back was hurt. You will see his speed and moves have changed after 2009 than his earlier movies because of that. He is still one of the best dancers but with out his injury he would have been best.

Not bad guy, a thief. The movie title is the great thief and the theme of the song was he is a thief, hence the pirate costume. Btw yama is the grim reaper in Indian culture or the God of death. The story of the movie is he dies in an accident and goes to the yama lok or yama world equivalent to the pearly gates. The story revolves around how he makes a mess of that world forcing yama to send him back to earth with conditions. Its a comedy action movie and an adaptation of the 1977 movie yama gola , which starred jr. Ntr's grandfather the original superstar of Telugu movies, NTR and is a fantasy movie with the same premise. Yamadonga movie was directed by SS.Rajamouli, who is director of Bahubali series and upcoming RRR which also stars jr. NtR.

This is a lame cheesy song. Good dancing, lame song. YOu gotta check out Temper by this actor. It is so over the top it is actually compelling to watch. But watch the subtitled version of Temper so you can understand what they are saying. It is a must react movie. Can't think of anything that would suit a commentary than that movie.

Donga in Telugu means robber in English. Yamadonga means one who mastered the skill of robbery. But, in this case he is a robber challenging the demigod of death called 'Yama'. Hence, the name " Yama Donga. He is not imitating Jack Sparrow. Many robber characters in Asian folk stories resemble Jack Sparrow. So you might be thinking the other way.
