Just brilliant !! Please more of this type of analysis and expansion on how to train properly. I still struggle with it and I once had an ATP ranking so it affects every player

Thank you, your message makes me happy! The goal of the channel is to finally put science into tennis training, because just as you say, even in professional tennis you see meaningless exercises and great inefficiencies in training

Thanks :) I was planning to translate it this summer, but considering that it takes me 20 hours to make a 5 minutes KZfaq video...for now I'm focusing on this and in the videos I will further improve the contents of the book
