He didn't respect other artists. He visited Sri Lanka to film a movie and at that time he had lost his market in Tamil. Yet he treated local artists like beneath him.

@@skbskb3017 My uncle works in the film industry in Sri Lanka. He didn't know how established Rahman was but he recognized Kanaga and Kushboo. He was full of positive things about actresses. After that I saw Rahman's photos on his table . I loved Rahman's film Nilave Malare so I recognized him . My uncle said he had bad attitude . Shared that he wouldn't work with given his colleagues experience with him.
