Tommy afforded full respect, complementing the formal rendition with (oops, _jazz_!) improvisation - creating a unique, heartfelt piece for the audience that night & now for anyone who stumbles on this. OK he fluffed the weird key change (he's human after all ; ) Tommy has always inspired, supported, taught & promoted young players. Always makes time to meet fans. So great for you to have met & played with this living legend! I believe you earned this honour by so many hours of focus and devotion, not to play the guitar but to play MUSIC despite the limitations of the instrument. Thank you, ma'am. I love Tommy but Nadja is entirely capable of commanding the entire stage on her own. There is nothing wrong with just listening and appreciating. What he did added very little to the musical performance and the mood she created and I am a fan of Tommy. I kinda wanted him to stop. Ha, never said that before.

I didn't get the purpose of "Tommy" standing in front of "Nadja". What was he trying to do? Was trying to catch the first note to improvise the second voice for a duet? If so, he failed.
