Naeem, you didn't know a thing about Sir Sahil and his WORK, and STILL, you invited him to a podcast because maybe your team randomly suggested his name. What do you think you were going to talk about with him? I apologize for my blatancy, but it was a boring podcast... IT LACKED A FRAMEWORK.

Cut out movies, social media, and just give that time to Sahil adeem's videos. Your life will change drastically. We need to work hard to change the thinking of our ummah. But inshallah one day it will.

You can't treat science like an ordinary philosophical entity and put it on the same level as religion There's a huge gap in the level of reasoning and the difference of methodological approach when handling science. Religious dogmas have no concrete basis to back them in comparison. It only exposes the logical flaws in your arguments and vulnerability which is shown by your conversation

The knowledge matrix is a framework that helps us organize and categorize different types of knowledge and skills. It consists of two dimensions: the **content** dimension and the **cognitive** dimension. The content dimension refers to the **subject matter** or the **domain** of knowledge, such as mathematics, science, history, etc. The content dimension can be further divided into four categories: facts, concepts, principles, and procedures. - Facts are basic pieces of information that are true or false, such as names, dates, definitions, etc. - Concepts are categories or classifications of objects or events that share common characteristics, such as shapes, colors, genres, etc. - Principles are statements or rules that describe relationships or patterns among concepts or facts, such as laws, theories, formulas, etc. - Procedures are sequences of steps or actions that are used to achieve a specific goal or outcome, such as algorithms, methods, techniques, etc. The cognitive dimension refers to the **mental processes** or the **level of thinking** that are involved in acquiring and applying knowledge. The cognitive dimension can be based on different models or theories of learning and thinking, such as Bloom's Taxonomy or Webb's Depth of Knowledge. Bloom's Taxonomy is a model that classifies different levels of thinking into six categories: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating¹. - Remembering is the ability to recall or recognize information from memory. - Understanding is the ability to explain or interpret information in one's own words. - Applying is the ability to use information in a new or different situation or context. - Analyzing is the ability to break down information into parts and examine their relationships or connections. - Evaluating is the ability to judge or assess the quality or value of information based on criteria or standards. - Creating is the ability to generate or produce new or original information by combining or reorganizing existing information. Webb's Depth of Knowledge is another model that classifies different levels of thinking into four categories: recall and reproduction, skills and concepts, strategic thinking, and extended thinking. - Recall and reproduction is the ability to remember or reproduce facts or procedures with little or no reasoning involved. - Skills and concepts is the ability to use learned concepts or skills to solve problems or answer questions that require some reasoning. - Strategic thinking is the ability to use complex reasoning skills to plan, justify, explain, or compare information in different situations or contexts. - Extended thinking is the ability to use multiple sources of information and multiple cognitive processes to investigate, synthesize, design, or create complex products or solutions. The knowledge matrix can help us understand how different types of knowledge and skills require different levels of thinking. It can also help us design learning objectives and assessments that match the appropriate content and cognitive dimensions. For example: | Content | Cognitive | Example | | --- | --- | --- | | Fact | Remembering | What is the capital of France? | | Concept | Understanding | What are the characteristics of a democracy? | | Principle | Applying | How can you use Newton's second law to calculate the acceleration of an object? | | Procedure | Analyzing | How can you compare and contrast two different methods for solving a quadratic equation? | | Concept | Evaluating | How can you assess the validity of an argument based on evidence and logic? | | Principle | Creating | How can you design an experiment to test a hypothesis? | So when Sahil talks about the "3/4 Levels of Learning/Thinking", which model is he talking about?
