No, the naga people does not confusing but actually you people confuse and say that the talks is concluded and the frame work agreement is within indian constitution I should say its a big no. FA 2015, is within the two entities i'c india and naga nation so how you are arrogant. And still you are not well awere the word 'competencies' which is written in the frame work agreement as far as i observe in u dialogue. I suggest you to go through (3.4 ) times in the original copy frame work agreement.
