SNOW Monkey Park(The Jigokudani Yaen-koen) jigokudani-yaenkoen.co.jp/
Shibu Onsen www.shibuonsen.net/
You will be able to access Yudanaka station, Shibu Onsen, and SNOW Monkey Park by Bus.
Really warm winter. There are a few tourists because of the lack of snow this season.(About 90 percent of tourists are from Oversea), people can walk outside in Yukata.

Snow monkeys! Kawaii! Wow, the tourists are just walking around amongst the monkeys! The baby on the mom’s back was adorable! Thank you for traveling so far to film! Fantastic video!!

Yes with your camera 📸 you can get right up to their faces literally, they are so tane and used to tourists and cameras.

i must have been lucky AF because when i went in late January it was snowing pretty nice the whole time i was there...i was worried it wouldnt snow (i wanted to be there when it was snowing) and it did...its so much more magical when its showing....it was so beautiful. it was the first thing i did on my second trip, i got off the plane at 5 am and went straight to tokyo station from haneda, waited for the JR to open and got my pass and was on my way to nagano....changed at nagano station (into warmer clothing) and took the bus...it was partly cloudy at the train station but it started to snow there so i was happy to see it get heavier and heavier as we got closer to the park. it snowed in tokyo for like the night too and then the rest of my trip was up north in sapporo for the snow festival which snowed every day while i was in hokkaido (noboribetsu, otaru, hakodate, onuma) then it snowed going back down while i was in sendai and snowed while i was in kyoto....nagoya was only time it didnt snow.....saw a lot of snow but i love cold weather! best solo trip ever

i’ve been here on 17th january 2020 and the road was slippery due to the ice, need to used snow trax/ice cleats. i only rent a boots and i was falling due to slippery road

I'd like to warn you that the monkeys are cute but watch out when they get close to you. They'll snatch the food you have, and might scratch you with their savage nails.
