I have never try the blue bag but I think it should be ok too.. the problem is the blue bag is 16 oz and the green one is 14 oz so if you want to do the blue bag then make sure you measure it.. Also I used tapioca flour not the tapioca starch in th is video...

They sell it Sunfoods store in Brooklyn Center, MN if you live here. However I bought one and I went back and the other one is gone. I bought my first one at this one store on Dale and Minnehaha. Not sure when they will order some more. But I have two 50cm so I’m happy. It is heavy duty. Well worth it. It’s not the cheap aluminum ones that dent easy.

@@erikamvh1 when you steam for 3 minutes then open and wide the cover pot or wide the cover pot for every 3-4 mins so your steam rice cake won't have water
