best reading she did- its like the equivalent of a 'greatest hits' album. Great mix of the raw punch in her later work and the formality in her early work.

A lot of these poems have the most fantastic hip-hop & rap-like rhythm when read out loud! I'm not joking. Plath's cadences are magical.

Nothing, not the stern voice meant to alert us to the horror, not the genius of her fortune of language…words dropping like pearls from her lips, not the elegance that is the meter of her lines, diminish even a whit the beauty she leaves behind like her eternal, up to now, shadow.
