One on one with rebounds is is better bc it makes u have to play defense. When there's no rebounds a player will let u shoot open hoping for u to miss and just to get the ball back. It makes the game longer and makes u have to step up ya game and hustle at the same time that's why it's better than one and done. A lot of players play half ass defense which makes it less interesting when they know if u miss they'll get the ball. Rebounds make u as a offensive player and defensive hustle till the last shot go up.
