I like how Paimon's evil eyes are similar to/that of The Unknown God. I don't believe that Paimon is the Unknown God, but having those eyes rather than just simple red eyes is a detail I like. And admittedly, if she were the Unknown God, Nahida's reaction to what secrets lie in Paimon's mind, plus the "shhh" that Paimon does, is very chilling indeed.

Paimon is celestia. In ars goetia paimon's domain is north west of hell. Celestia's floating island is in northwest. Now the question is if paimon is alone or is she working with the other demon kings like Baal , Beleth , Purson and Asmodeus. Like the lesser lords of hell are the archons knows each other are there a higher rank groupa that paimon belongs to?

@@dennisvicarth6823 huh funny thing is that baal and beelzebub are connected in ars goetia. Sometimes baal is considered beelzebub and sometimes the other way around. Like veni is considered to be an earl of hell but in some writing in consistency veni is a king. Genshin writers do pay attention to details.

The reference in Genshin comes from the fact that Baal was originally a god of storms and thunder, later turned into a demon (the "king of flies") with christianity Also, Paimon is more likely to be the primordial one more than anything

You know, the theory of Paimon being the Primordial One is highly likely. But that theory also suggests that Paimon has forgotten about being the Primordial One somehow because she shows absolute genuine care about what happens. Plus all of the gods of Celestia have names of demons from the Ars Goetia mythology. Paimon is one of those names.

One of the best archetypes in anime is the cute little character who care about you but are actually very evil OP beings who've forgotten their memories and are in a power down state but once they get their full power back, their memories come back to them and they go full kill mode. Judging how big anime fans mihoyo are, they can easily do this archetype but they can always surprise too

Cuz Paimon keeps learning more and more about the world and she CARES about the world she’s in. So if Celestia wanted to ruin that, she’d fight. And if she remembers being the Primordial One, she might make the decision to fight Celestia on behalf of the world. But that’s just a theory. A GAME THEORY!

We were misled. We were led to believe that Nahida saw unimaginable things in Paimon's mind. In reality, she just saw the unfathomable amounts of dialogue she has in store for limited events ALONE. As for the main quests, let's just say that the mobile players will weep because their storage wouldn't be enough for how big her script is.

This was already debunked in game by talking to nahida after her archon quests. (Spoilers ahead) Descenders, beings from outside of teyvat who aren't connected to irminsul. Paimon is connected to Irminsul, but the traveler isn't. This is the same for the unknown god. Traveler's sibling is also connected to irminsul via some unknown reason.

except...nowhere, no how has Paimon ever done anything to keep the three other Archon's we've won over helping us find the Abyss twin. Everything that stops them from helping us is their own fault. Venti is a worthless god who does nothing for his country because he wants "freedom" to the point they don't even know him when he's right in front of them and even with his gnosis is the weakest of the seven seen so far as a result since the faith of his people is at an all time low, Morax made a deal with our sibling to keep his yap shut and even admits if he were free to tell the truth, he would have and Baal's been in an alternate reality the whole time not giving a crap. Paimon has done nothing. it's all them.

i think lore wise everything in game is controlled by paimon so, there is no chance of knowing true her unless she wants us to know or something happens to her. (idk its just a thought came to my mind after realizing how hoyo wants every detail in game lore related and also there's paimons menu, paimon bargain, like she literally asks us if we can hear while changing audio level, in ps we can literally interact with her)
