When you convert to Castilian visigothic provinces convert faster to your culture. That is what happens with Bedouin culturess dominating Iberia they become Andalusian and same with Norse culture creating Breton culture to Norman and Norman culture creating English culture

Yea, I've got the slower culture conversion rule on though which slows things down a bit. I prefer being Visigothic... it just sounds cool, haha.
