Over the years, I have noticed that the general discourse around marriage and money has greatly changed. In the past, if someone where to outrightly say “I’m looking for only rich men to date,” or “I want to get married to a man that is rich,” that person would be looked like as a “gold-digger” or someone who “follows big men”.
These days, this is the norm. A lot of women are unapologetically and proudly looking for rich men to get married to. In fact, there are numerous best-selling books about the art of marrying
Nollywood actresses attract different suitors from the rich to the very rich, middle class, those in diaspora or living abroad. Some Yahoo Yahoo big boys also try their luck.
While some of these actresses are too selective, some decide to give marriage a trial.
