I used to take a lot naps, and sleep a lot due to my medications. It isn't bad until it's affecting your daily routine, like it did to me.

From experience of someone that used to struggle with anxiety talking about going to therapy nd taking medication for it. The best thing you could do to help with your anxiety is stop isolating yourself nd go out more. Your mind will go crazy nd you’ll be in your thoughts a lot more if you stay inside nd not talk to anyone and that’s one of the main reasons of WHY people get anxiety!
