1. 1870 West 30 floors twin towers
2. Altura Tower Upperhill 30 floors
3. 88 Condominium Upperhill 44 floors
4. The Habitat Upperhill 30 floors
And others in Westlands Nairobi #2024 is going to be a busy year for Nairobi City and generally the whole of Kenya especially if Affordable housing and social housing takes effect.

I don't think the government has done developers in upper hill and westlands justice. Why won't they build roads with underground drainage systems instead of open ditches so that the horizontal infrastructure could match the vertical infrastructure.

Much more disorderly electric and fibre cables hanging all over the place. But the worst is this open drainage system

Lot of tall buildings but the ground still remains the same fromdusty and muddy roads to poor drainage . Pathetic indeed

But If Westlands a bit OK on streets and roads. I really didn't see anything so bad apart from a few with open drains and the Waiyaki way. But many are good.
