But when there are only 100 high quality houses in a country, of course they will all be over-priced because too little supple, too much demand.

This is really nice! But 3 bedroom cannot be a batchelor pad, Kenyan families fit very comfortably into a 3 bedroom apartment. Unless the meaning of batchelor changed LOL

The apartment is well designed and very appealing. However, certain terms used in real estate in general e.g. "bachelor pad," "landlord" or "landlady" are obsolete for various reasons. How about we use more modern terms like "property owner," "studio apartment" or "one bedroom apartment" or "luxury apartment for singles" etc.
