Hi Naka and Dom, So sad to see Naka not well. When I was pregnant 25 years ago, I had nausea and vomiting. My husband brought me to the seaside. The smell of sea, where the waves crushed on rocks, with the salt water on my skin healed me. This really stopped the nausea and vomiting. We sat there at least an hour breathed in the smell of the sea and the ocean breeze. Perhaps this can help Naka. You are in my prayers ❤

I was EXACTLY like Naka, it was horrible!! I had waited for my bundle of joy for long only to have a terrible 1st trimester....nausea, vomiting, spitting e.t.c. I promise you it will get better guys and you will get to enjoy your pregnancy. Sending you love and hugs

You got this Naka baby! 🫶🏻💕 I had a TERRIBLE 1st trimester. I threw up water, tums, my prenatal gummies.. everything. It was so bad I ended up in the ER two times during like 7-16 weeks. I was throwing up bile everyday all day. I had to be on LOA because I couldn’t work because I was so sick, so weak and so tired. Once my doctor prescribed me a stronger Ondansetron (pregnancy nausea meds that are strawberry flavored) and once I passed about 19 weeks I was SO much better! I could keep water down and I was able to start eating yogurts & fruits again. I’m 25 weeks now and haven’t thrown up in weeks, praise Jesus!! 🙏🏼👏🏼👐🏻😄💕 Hopefully your not sick your whole pregnancy Naka babe!! Try yogurts, saltine crackers, graham crackers, APPLE JUICE (I swore by this!!), APPLE SAUCE (total lifesaver) & lightly flavored water that’s not too sweet like grape Propel ❤

She will be ok It's usually rough for the first three to 4 months. As long as she stay strong and keep hydrated with good support she will pull through.

I’ve had exactly the same experience when I was pregnant and 2 of them ended up with miscarriage. Now I’m only have one boy. I’m so afraid of getting pregnant. The fear of me getting pregnant is beyond control. I’m sending prayers to you Naka everything is gonna be alright.

Sending prayers from South Africa 🇿🇦, I'm currently on second trimester, my first trimester was extremely hard and worst part pregnant and diagnosed that i have fibrods at the same, i was in and out the hospital. I used to vomit all day to a point where ,I was vomiting blood, having bad heartburns, but the best part was the baby was happy just chilling in there growing😂. With medication from the hospital and eating all grain or bran food like bran flakes, soft porridge, brown rice etc. Try eating like 4 to 5 times a day small meals , even after vomiting just go back and try eating. Most important is to stay positive and focus on getting better, I guarantee you second trimester will be much better and the baby will be growing healthy and strong.

I’m so sorry to see Naka feeling this unwell. I don’t know what trimester she is in but I truly prayer that she can have this ease up some, after the first or second and get to enjoy the process of pregnancy a little more. Women truly are amazing to go through all these things and still want to have children and for our bodies to still protect a growing baby when things are so tough for the mom. I’m sending you both my love and will be intercessing on y’all’s behalf for Gods protection of your entire family. Hope this support from all of us helps in some way, no matter how slight.

So sorry you're going through this Naka and Dom. I know what it's like. My first 3 months of pregnancy was EXACTLY like that. The worst is feeling hungry and afraid to eat at the same time. Sesame My God, I’m not sure why this is called morning sickness because nausea comes and goes throughout the day. It is difficult to accomplish any tasks she needs throughout the day because of how awful she feel. She can barely eat but have so much to do. Help me to know that it’s okay to slow down. It’s okay to have a messy house or to cancel plans. With your help Lord, Naka has new life growing within her. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart” (Jeremiah 1:5, NIV). You have great plans for this baby and this nausea is just a drop in the ocean in the grand scheme of things. In times of intense nausea help them to remember that all of this is for their unborn baby Sesame. Please help this nausea to subside quickly. Help them to find something that will work to make the nausea go away. Help them to stay positive as Naka grows little Sesame and remember that this is only a small sacrifice. In Jesus Name, I pray. I’m sorry that you are going through this. However, I know the exact feeling. I was just like you, couldn’t eat nor drink the whole 9 months. Took injections, suppository’s and nothing seemed to work for about a week that’s it. In and out of the hospital, very dehydrated. Was weighing 216 lbs and when I had my baby I was weighing 150 lbs and my baby was 6 lbs and healthy. No more kids for me ❤

I feel for you so much Naka. When I was pregnant with my first born, the worse I had was a little morning sickness with nausea but No throwing up. After the first trimester I was good. Praying that you start to feel better and get through this period. And also praying for Dom as well, I know it has to be hard watching her go through this and you feel helpless but you’re helping by being there and trying take care of her.
