India is sooooo diverse. Not every indian is dark-skinned, not that being dark-skinned is bad. Not every indian wears Saree. Not every indian greets with Namaste. There are LITERALLY 100s of ways in which we greet each other. Indians speak the most English among the countries where English is not the first language. Or India has highest number of non-native english speakers. There is so much ignorance and stereotypes here. Why are we portrayed in such a hilarious and insulting way ? I know these are just shows, but it really creates a negative image of the country. Also I mean no hate for Korea. I myself am hooked to Korean content. They are amazing. But time to stop mocking Westerners' ignorance and learn about India, it's culture, laws and so on.

If you cross each state, there is totally different culture, tradotion, costume, language. Bollywood movies alone dont describe our incredible 🇮🇳India. Okay it's not a big deal as INDIA mentioned. in some way as a Indian i feel very annoyed specially that RED SAREE GIRL ..the way she said namastey and represented Indian style..i just felt wrong , NAMASTEY we use to show respect to other but here she just made FUN.. And here in India even some 5 year old kid can also speak English better than a Korean teenager. I'm a huge K-pop fan and most of the Indians love Koreans and respect them and they should also respect us if you don't want Then don't even made fun of us. In the series the red saree girl was just a teenager who got in trouble and ended up in police station. So she was pretending to be Indian to escape prison. In the series it is shown that she is not actually behaving Indian but just overdoing whatever she knows about India to make the police officers believe. So it doesn't seem disrespectful when you watch the whole episode. Their was no intention to disrespect neither was the girl representing India , she was just a troublesome korean teenager who was playing a trick and obviously overdoing it.The expression of police officer literally says " you are not getting away with this and in no way I will believe you are Indian with such a bad acting so stop doing this".

And u are telling me that I am following Britishers..... Then why all the competitive exams, interviews and every official work done in English?? I am not disrespecting anyone or not saying that every one follow Britishers. Just understand a simple thing that if you go to south india u have to interact with people in English because you don't know south indian languages and they don't know hindi. Well, many of these clips seemed me disrespecting to our culture and specially that Red Saree one, many times I think some Koreans being educated are still at that level (Illiteracy), I'm a big K-pop Fan and Kdramas too! But never expected from K-dramas at least. I know many K-pop groups like Blackpink, Stray Kids and all....have made fun of our culture and religion. Ya and now many blinks will come and say "they have apologized" but When?? It's good to being a k-pop or Kdrama Fan but it becomes toxic when you yourself starts defending Artists when they do something wrong like Cultural appropriation. There is a official language in India called "TAMIL". Some words and pronunciations are same in korean language. That's the reason I'm started to watching korean stuffs. If anyone interasted in thai drama then let me tell ypu there is a drama called MY HIMALAYAN EMBRACE, where the lead actor is depicted as Indian Mafia's son And the heroine is Thai The guy even wore kurta, talked about mehandi and they got married in indian style. And the most important thing is they didn't show that typical point of view of india. This is a really good drama you guys much waych it.

Because 30-40% is a not a small number and actually it is more than 40% there are many people who can understand Hindi but cant speak properly. Basically it is that half of the population knows Hindi whereas for other languages not more than 5% would be there to speak. So it is fair to say that Hindi represents India.
