1. Fix tire either with new tube or patch kit 2. Wheel needs to be true'd out 3. Brakes need a bleeding or tightening 4. Rear derailleur needs limit screw's adjusted 5. Front derailleur needs limit screw's adjusted as well as barrel adjustment 6. Bike needs new chain as its stretched past 0.75 7. Bottom bracket needs to be tightened and greased 8. Front shock needs to be rebuilt 9. A good bike cleaning as well as lubing the cables and greasing all moving parts

Excellent and informative video - so many times I wished I could bring a bike stand to meet up with some of the FB marketplace sellers I’ve encountered over the years when buying a bike. Live and learn, because now I actually do bring one and I used it in a Walmart parking lot several months ago to inspect an 05 Kona Stuff that I snagged for 125.00 which was in overall really good shape but I was able to negotiate price based on things I could see wrong.

The brake lever bladder is punctured. You can see oil weeping from the port. And everything else needs to be serviced. Parts and labor will cost more than the bike’s value! Definitely not worth repairing unless the owner really loves the bike.

New tire, new chain, new bishings for fork, and the fork needs to be Serviced, the Derailleur both front and rear need to be adjusted the brakes neeed a bleed and tubes need to be replaced or new Sealant
