Namespace and Cgroups Overview

Today I am going to look at two of the three building blocks for containers in preparing to answer two questions I got on Fedora 34. 1) Are flatpaks safe to use given the security concerns a blogger published and 2) Could you do a video explaining how containers work. Well to do both of those I need to build up a platform on which containers (Not just Docker) are built on LInux.

I'm a novice in linux and docker altogether. This helped me understand that both (NameSpace/Cgroups) is native to Linux and docker is sperate altogether. Obliviously more learning required on my part..
