I am extremely proud of you! I started learning the countries of the world because of you ( about 1-2 years ago ) and managed to name all of them in 3-4 weeks. Because of you and my great geography teacher at school, I want to be a geography teacher. Keep your great content up! :D

For the past year I’ve been practicing geography so much and I’ve been grinding the quizzes on this website every day. Thanks to the website and your videos, my best is 6 minutes and 23 seconds! Thanks for everything! (Btw I’m U.S. American so hopefully I bring up our geography knowledge just a little bit lol 😂)

I do this quiz on mobile, doesn't give you the map for reference, so I do it blind. I always miss a handful of countries, but it's definitely a great challenge

If you're doing it mentally, it helps to name the countries in the same geographical order every time. You're less likely to miss any. I start with North America, then Central America, South America, the Caribbean, etc. I can just visualize and focus on one part at a time.

@@quakeknight9680Because it is an annexed part of Ukraine, Crimea was an autonomous part of Ukraine, and then Russian troops entered there and held an illegal referendum without foreign observers under machine gun barrels, they entered the Donbas and started a war. Your logic does not work, because it was not the people of Crimea who wanted this, but Russia. Do you think that you can just grab someone else's land and it will be considered yours? What do you say, how does Russia occupy, for example, Bavaria? Is this also part of Russia? The problem here is that this site confirms the right of force, not the law. And as i know, Ukrainians could visit Crimea without passport.

In Sporcle it's a bit harder because you have to spell the full country names (like Bosnia) and also has Palestine. In JetPunk I did it in 8:54 but my typing is real bad and the laptop keyboard didn't help... :)

I had 195/196 with two minutes left on the clock, because I am slow at typing. But I wasn't able to find out which country I was missing in that time, because I somehow forgot to write down Monaco and it's so small, I wasn't able to find the yellow spot on the map.

TIL geography by being stressed about the way you left visible gaps in your order: French Guiana is actually part of France, not its own country, and the Kaliningrad Oblast is an exclave of Russia. I was also stressed about Ghana and Japan for a moment -- I may have shouted at my screen a few times ;)

You could use some shortcuts that work on jet punks. PNG - Papua new Guinea FSM - Fed states of Micronesia KSA- Saudi Arabia DPRK - North Korea ROK - South Korea PRC - China ROC - taiwan DRC - Democratic Republic of Congo or just congo for both DRC and RC DR - Dominican Republic Alternate names like Burma(Myanmar), Czechia, Holland(Netherlands). Even with all these shortcuts my best is 6 mins and I don't really take time to think in between. Well I am not a fast typer.

I got 190/196 my first try 😭 I missed: Singapore, Lesotho, São Tomé and Principe, St. Lucia, Nauru and Samoa Update: On my second try I was able to get all of them in just over 11 minutes !

Because of lingualizer, I learned all the countries of the world. Because I use mnemonics and progress in a more orderly fashion, I’m a bit faster at this. Easiest contient? South America. Hardest? Oceania because many nations are hard to see, so I use a mnemonic. For Caribbean counties I go alphabetical. For Africa, Europe and Asia, I knock out all the tiny countries first so I won’t skip them and forget about them later.
