I don't have any special skills. My life is ordinary days.

I lived some of the best days of my life when I was single and living alone in my younger years. Those times feel very precious to me and watching Nami brings back so many memories of the daily and nightly rituals I would follow.

Woow, já eu, fiz o caminho inverso....sempre tive muitas companhias e crianças em minha volta. Cresci em uma família, com três irmãs mais velhas, mãe, sobrinhos...casei grávida, e tivemos três filhos. Separei na pandemia, e me vi chorosa por assistir vídeos de famílias grandes ou de pais com filhos em crescimento. Aprendi i assistir a Nami e seus vídeos me reconfortam, .e curam de um jeito inexplicável. Aprendo que posso me amar, cuidar e seguir rotinas e pequenos hábitos bons só para mim, e tá tudo bem!!!!! I live in NYC and the past few years have taught me to slow down and take care of myself. It's so important! Growing up black, my parents always instilled in me that I had to always be moving and be productive (cleaning the house, taking out the trash) and I see this a lot in other minority groups. It's not lazy to rest. It's part of being human.

Приятно смотреть! На фоне всего происходящего единственное спасение - это забота о своём ментальном здоровье. Даже если кажется, что всё сейчас против нас, нужно продолжать жить и радоваться каждой мелочи. Продолжать работать и развиваться, продолжать строить планы и достигать поставленных целей. Главное делать это с заботой о себе, а не фанатично. Выбирайте всё самое лучшее для себя: здоровый сон, правильное питание, чтение книг, занятие спортом, познание себя с помощью теста Воликова (тест по оценке характера человека - бесплатный, точный и надёжный инструмент). Ведь всё прекрасное начинается с маленьких шагов, почему бы не сделать первым прямо сегодня? 😊

Я живу в России, у меня дома муж и двое детей. То, что вы показываете в этом видео - что-то из области нереальной для меня жизни. Из-за детей у меня постоянно беспорядок, Даже если я только что убралась. Но я очень люблю свою семью. Поэтому такие ваши видео - что-то фантастическое. Вы можете поставить мяту в банку и знать, что никто не перекопает её. У вас куча всего стоит открытое и никто не переставляет так чтобы вы искали. Чудо.

Смотрю вас чисто для успокоения. Никаких ваших вещей типа грибов и соусов у нас нет есть просто картофель и белокочанная капуста. Но вас смотрю просто для релаксации. Очень успокаивают ваши ролики. Всё так спокойно и без напряга... Просто замечательно.

Thanks for the video! They are always a treat to me. I got a tip: Cut the stem of the basil further above, so that there is at least one leaf pair left on the stem. Then it will grow out of it again (even more dense) ❤

I feel sad when your video ends up. I wish I could watch your daily routine for hours, it's so calm, stable and sober. I like to watch your videos on my Saturdays breakfast when im also alone home. I prepare my favorite food and sit in front of my computer, it's so cozy. ☺ Ive got some fascination over Japan long ago, your videos taught me much more about Japanese culture. I really hope one day I can visit Kyoto and Tokyo and now Okinawa 🤗 I feel curios about the taste of miso, bonito flakes and cherry blossoms. Please, never stop making videos. Я делаю так , делаю себе чай и что то из еды и ставлю на стол как мне это когда то делала мама .. и иду в душ .., когда возвращаюсь как будто мама рядом .. и она мне это сделала . И утром так делаю . И еще у меня есть «коробка боли « туда ложу себе всякие приятные штуки конфеты и т п ., открытки .., когда особенно плохо открываю ем конфеты и читаю подбадривающие слова и мне легче

My daughter is in Japan right now with her husband and triends,and I recommended the Cafe and restaura5you went to in the previous video(the interior design cafe). I loved Legend of the Blue sea! NAMI bringing some chilled relaxation time to my crazy life,,👍👍👍👍 how can this woman be so perfect and those stretchy things to go over containers are spot on so much easier than the stuff on a roll,,😍😍 After every episode I say I’m going to try and organise my daily activities and get task done as efficiently as possible also attempt some more healthy cooking it’s not easy and NAMI makes it look achievable,,,😂😂😂😂😂 may be the best option is to move in with her…🤣🤣🤣😍

I look forward to your videos every Saturday. Thank you for sharing parts of your life with us. It is so fascinating to watch you cooking, using ingredients I have never seen before. A lot of Japanese (and Korean) culture is brand new to me, so I always learn things! And I find it very soothing to watch as well, with music at a very low volume in the background so it does not intrude.

Bardzo mi się spodobał aspekt późnych zakupów szczególnie ważny dla ludzi, którzy ciężko pracują i nie mają czasu ich zrobić w innej porze dnia a do tego można kupić produkty w naprawdę dobrej cenie.
