I love the group photo and the way they linked arms together with the current active duty members Jin and J-Hope on the ends as if to protect their hyungs who are now all coming to do their military service!!! It’s a very heartwarming picture and scene that will sustain me for the next 18 months until they all return and reunite!!! I love you all BTS!!! What affects me is this: they had such struggles getting to their level of success. Pandemic. However, while the world was petrified, BTS gives online concerts, keeps fans engaged, and gain global status. Conscription. Even if they were exempted, I suspect they would still serve -- maybe an abbreviated term -- bc they honor their country and they seem to always make the best chess moves. My heart breaks knowing that they're still trying to keep brave happy faces for us, when I can't possibly imagine the storm each is navigating inside. JK and JM have said that the stage with their BTS brothers is their happy safe place. Four years from their prime, at their heights. There are other kpop bands. They dance well. Good songs, melodies, visuals. But there's something about the spirit of each of our 7 Tannies that just captured my heart. We will wait, always and forever. May they always be healthy, happy and safe.

I will visit South Korea and I am learning the Korean language to be able to understand BTS better and to be able to converse with them.
