He had to keep everything in sync between company and members, He had to face criticisms of his own friends because he chose to become an idol, he used to transition English hate comments to positive ones because he didn't want to make members sad , he was told to leave BTS because those so called ' fans ' thought he didn't match to idol image , he was told to leave his group which first started from him. Still after so many years lot of fandoms ignore him, he is just leader for them, the one who take care of babies. Do you think he is a babysitter? He is an artist. He used to suffer from depression but he was strong. Have anyone seen his first mixtape? No matter how many times I watch the plagiarism question part of this video, I'm always impressed by how RM and Suga handle this interviewer. I don't think the interviewer was necessarily in the wrong for asking this question, because the freedom of the press is very important and valuable thing. It's just, the question feels yucky because the band holds press releases to celebrate their music. It's like winning an award for graduating top of your class, then being asked by the interviewer about that time you cheated on an important test. LOL. Anyway, what's impressive about this scene is that although the question is somewhat delicately asked, it's still the type of questions that is designed to incite a reaction from someone, usually a negative or explosive reaction. The way Suga asks for clarification and RM parrots the question back to make sure it is very clear what they are supposed to be answering ensures that the whole room hears the question (and consequently hears how horrifying it is), and doesn't allow any room for guessing as to what part of the question they need to answer (sometimes interviewers ask vague questions that are open to interpretation - which can result in them getting any variety of juicy answers). The part where Suga basically says "yes, we know what you're talking about" but "our opinion on the matter is the same as our company" is a really classy way of saying "no comment" without sounding like you're trying to hide something, and as a way to make it sound like you ARE commenting. Idk this whole scene is a perfect example of the PR training these boys have undoubtedly been given over the course of their careers. When someone says something to cause a negative reaction out of you, the newspapers and online articles aren't going to care what the question was - they're only going to care about your reaction. Being able to go "high" when others go "low" is not easy, but it shows your professionalism and that BTS have class and will not stoop to arguing with the press.

And bts has always said how Namjoon is perfectly suited to be a leader and they respect him so much because is not an easy job, to be the mediator between the team and the company, to be the spokesperson for the group, to manage everyone when things get heated. He has such a strong presence and is charismatic, people just shut up LISTEN when he speaks. He knows how to bring out the best in each member.
