FOR COOKING :
1. Mustard oil - 1 tsp
2. Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
3. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
4. Salt - 2 tsp
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Garlic - 10 nos
7. Chopped small onions - 10 nos
8. Chopped tomatoes - 2 nos
9. Curry leaves - little
10. Gingelly oil - 5 tsp
11. Fish (any fish of ur choice) - 500 gms
12. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
13. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
14.Green chilly - 2 nos
15. Tamarind puree - 250 ml
16. Grinded paste - 1 cup
