Ingredients
1. Raw Rice 1 glass
2. Poha/Avalakki half glass
soaked for 1 hour
3. Tempering: Oil 1 Tbsp Mustard 1 Tsp Channadal
4. Grated Carrot
5. Chopped onions, Corriander leaves, Green chillies
you can add any vegetable of your choice
6. Salt
