Namora is the new Spotlight card in Marvel Snap and she feels both strong and weak to me. Strong as in she can add a lot of power to the board but also weak because she can be easily countered with tech cards that are quite popular in the meta right now. In this video I give my honest opinion of her and play a fun deck to try her out. I also try to make some huge numbers with her at the very end of the video - I think we broke the game with how big the numbers would have been and the game just went “nah, not today bro”. Try her out in this super cheap, pretty much all series 3 and lower deck (with the exception of Namora) but be warned - if your opponents have counter cards, you will be in a pickle.

I have to wait for my 4th key before I can get Namora. Bad luck this week. But I was saving up for Namora. I really wish Second Dinner would remove the mystery 4th spot from spotlights... its so annoying getting that. The 1k tokens make no real difference for me because it takes 2 months to even get enough tokens for a series 5 card (which is all the new cards). I don't mind planning ahead and saving keys, but the fact that it can require most of the keys for an entire month just to get one thing is ridiculous. They probably wont do anything about it though.

Would be really great if the 4th prize spot was "any random released card you do not yet have", and for those who already have all the cards, only then does it change to "any random alternate art you do not yet have".

Unfortunately even Leech nerf wont save Namora, any lane disruptions like White Widow, Debri etc, which are in a ton of decks in the current meta will mess her up

I missed Tribunal for 5 stupid collection points and i had no way of upgrading anything to get them before the spotlight switch..now i have almost one Key and the risk of getting black knight variant.

When making comparison with well comparable cards, Ms Marvel and Omega Red... hm but those two are Ongoing... I guess Mr Fantastic too? I guess Namora is more comparable to Omega Red since they work most at any sides, but less restrictive?

Gionnino20's deck is like everything that is wrong with the game from a deck building perspective. It has just 12 good staple cards, none of which synergize. It's the bane of card games, where every deck could just be THAT deck. 10 good cards and 2 flex.

I think I'll pass with Namora, it seems so unreliable and dependant on board space. So many cards messed up your play, Cosmo, goblins, White Widow, Debrii... and only a few cards are safe against Shang Chi or SK: Cosmo, Colossus and Ebony Blade (last one is even weird to play on same archetype).

Without hazmat you don’t need Luke cage. You can try Jeff + Mobius or another 3 drop of your choice.

They need to release the OTA this Thursday for their giant eff up with leech. Selfish Dinner messes up the game so often and the game becomes a boring heap of trash for so long.
