[Builder's view] FUJIMI Dino246GT is in progress.
This is the final episode of Dino's [Builder's view].
I will combine the chassis and body and attach small parts such as lights, bumpers and emblems.

Well done. When you said you were not going to detail the engine to your usual standard I wondered if this project would be as interesting as all your other work. It certainly has been interesting and again you have produced a beautiful model to the highest standard.

Another amazing build. I imagine that there is no more simple stage that is more tedious than fitting the complete body over the chassis! Hours of prep work and then you have to stretch the whole thing over the underside. So many things to go horribly wrong. But the result is stunning. Engine or not, a masterpiece. On that subject, I saw a builder hand form an engine using plasticine and a detailed drawing. I'm sure you have the hands to do it. Something to consider for next time

Molto bella! Much like other car enthusiasts, I'll always have a place in my heart for a Ferrari. This belongs right next to your Daytona and 512, which I fondly remember both, as well. Superlative craftsmanship, bar none. Though it saddens my this one is finished, I'll be eagerly awaiting the full build upload. And, of course, your next project. Which, if my sources are correct, appears to be a 1982 Renault Le Car. Take care, and as always, have a great day.

完成お疲れ様でした！ボディとシャシーの合わせる時は文字通り固唾を飲んで見守ってしまいました。前後Dinoエンブレムの仕上げと装着もさることながら、ナンバープレートがついた瞬間に画竜点睛が如く走り出してしまうのではと錯覚しちゃいました😍

引いた絵だとクルマとしての造形の美しさに唸るのですが、クローズアップになると模型としてのディテールに吸い寄せられます iPhoneをつい傾けたりしてもうちょい裏側を見ようとか、何度も気づいては苦笑しつつまたやってしまいます

素晴らしい技ですね。毎回思うのですが綺麗な塗装が指紋で汚れないのが不思議です。私の指だとあちこち皮脂で汚れまくっちゃいそうです。

お疲れ様です。完成おめでとうございます。古いクルマは下部が絞り込まれたデザインが多いので、合体の際はかなりの恐怖を味わえるのですが… 凶悪ともいえるディノの合体にしては、意外とすんなりいってしまいましたね。エッジ部分の塗装剥げはあったものの、致命的なクリア層の割れも無くいけたのは、やはりフロントインナーフェンダーを別にしておいたおかげでしょうか。リアのインナーフェンダーもワルさをしそうな感じなので、自分が製作する際は考えます。いずれにしても、自分が今まで見てきたフジミのディノ完成品の中でもダントツのクオリティです。こんなに綺麗に仕上がるキットだと誤解されて、また被害者が増えそうな予感がします。(^^;; 大変勉強になりました。総集編も楽しみにしております。

Nice job as always. Kenji-san, one thing: do you use woodworking glue to glue windows and lights because is transparent? Isn't the Tamiya regular glue transparent as well?

He is using PVA glue for the clear parts. Tamiya Extra Thin can fog clear parts. Never use CA glue on clear parts because it will really fog them up.

The versatile woodworking bond can be recovered in the event of a mistake. Plastic adhesives and CA are difficult to recover. Thanks.

Another master piece is done. Model has no engine, but after all that dedication you invest on it we can tell that the model does has an engine under that cover 😊. I've just upload a video on my "new" channel of that NSX I've told you (maybe you remeber it 🤪) I'm working on, it's a video made of photos. Thanks fpr sharing your modelling skils with us, so we can try to emulate your patience and atention to detail 😊.

All you need is nippers (cheap at first), glue, sandpaper, and tweezers.

カメラはRX100M2です。もう8年以上使っていて、動きがガタガタしていて変な音が入るので買い替えを検討中……。
