If he claimed to have a healing gift from God like apostles.He could have healed every person who are in needs to be healed, irrespective of their faith ,just as Paul,Peter and other did.If not stop blaming people for their less faith.Better stop lying around too. GOD IS A MERCIFUL GOD, though in this church age ,there is no such miracles,signs,and wonders since the time of Lord and at beginning of Church,God still heals them if they put faith in God. I have heard a preacher saying no need of doctors and medicines,just put faith in God and then.They are liars ,God gave physical doctors,not because He can't heal,He is knows what He is doing. So , encourage people to refer physician and take prescribed medicine and along with that having faith in God.This is the will of God for sick people.
