I believe you can use either C02 or N20 cartridges correct? They both will add bubbly fizz to the drink. C02 is carbon dioxide which is to make carbonated water for most soda. N20 is nitrous oxide which is what you use to make Nitro soda like Pepsi nitro. I haven’t done this yet, this is just the knowledge I have for anybody who is a little bit confused on which type of gas to use for this.

For soda, do you need to wait until the Ice melt or you just release the gas after it chill enough?

Is the coffee hot or cold?
