I suggest Nano white in first place.But the only issue with Nano white is you should not hit hard,and should not cut in between at any cause. on the other hand Quartz actually staining easily and react with lemon,tamarind drops.choice is yours

I suggest quartz over nano white, 2 years with light brown coloured quartz and no issues so far..most restaurants table are quartz top...picking right brand is what matters in quartz.
