how do you keeping getting your dash even when you dont get a kill??? I keep seeing it reappear and have no clue why. Does it refresh when you hit someone with blade and dont even kill them? Genuinely wondering im slow

The dash automatically cooldowns when you use dragon blade that why many people dash in the air dragonblade and dash again

It resets wen u ult and if u damaged someone and they die to someone else on ur team it still counts since it was like an assist so it will still reset the cooldown
