@@AnthonyHirsch Agreed with all you said. I wish people went back to “who’s your favourite player” rather than “who’s the GOAT”. Or even the Big 3 / 4 (I always say 4 btw). Even if a person is “technically” the “GOAT” on paper - that doesn’t always translate to who everyone will feel is the greatest. Look how different the Big 4’s styles are. Different people like watching different ways of playing the game. They also like different personalities on AND off the court. For me, personally, one of the Big 4 could go on to win 800 GS and I still wouldn’t ever consider him the GOAT. I respect his skill, but not how he acts on & off court.They get paid HUGE money, and they earn it by their training & dedication - but they also are paid to be a role model for tennis in general, and especially for the young players coming through - they need to lead by example.
