Hey girl, I seen your snapchats about your nose and that happened to me when I changed my stud to a hoop and it's called a keloid (hypertrophic scar) and it's really easy to get rid of: just take saline spray and heat it up in a little bowl in the microwave for about 5-10 seconds so it's not to hot and dip a cotton Ball in it and put it on your nose for about a min and do that twice a day until it goes down :) great video by the way, hope this helps 🥰
