I'm not an expert by any means but i was always told strict muslims aren't supposed to listen to any kind of music except for "nasheeds" (acapella singing that praises god) I'm from germany by the way so excuse my ignorance, we have quite a few muslims here, that i rubbed elbows with, but it often comes out wrong when you pass on hearsay.
