In Islam , the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to take naps during the day, especially in the afternoon, and this practice is known as "qaylulah." The qaylulah is considered a healthy and beneficial practice, especially for those who may not have had enough sleep the previous night.

As my experience from my homeland tradition. I think you can take a good nap or not depend on your enviroment around there. Forcing 15, 20 minutes or 1 hour is a silly thinking way. And remember don't use any electricity stuffs before taking a nap

But after naps,I feel fresh &more energetic than before .Also get stamina for doing my work properly. But there are very few people who have achieved this technique of sleep. My naps time is 5,10,15 not more than 20mintutes. To be honest,I think it's a great way to do relaxing

Let me add something to it. The word "hinder" comes from german word "Hindernis", which basically means "obstacle". I personally learnt German and yet in the process of learning German that's why many words that are used in English, are mostly originated from French or German. One thing I noticed here, that the british accent is very closed to the German Accent.

what i 've learnt from the video is that power naps (short sleep, during the day to help pple get better in job's performance), sharp (take naps would help you stay in sharp in your life like answering quickly, alert in daily life) and hinder (prevent you from doing sth)...... short snaps (reduce the risk of high blood pressure) will be better and more helpful than long snaps (causing obesity,...)
