If you want people from other countries to come and invest you need a place where the weather is moderate. In coastal areas due to sea we have a moderating effect which many people like you are too dumb to understand anyways. Having port infrastructure will actually help and you don't have very important agricultural activities happening in coastal areas due to soils alkaline nature. Of the 300+ metropolis cities in the world, less than 10% have a port or ocean access. FYI, all those 10% does not fare at the top of the 300+ list and unfortunately every city that exists has common problems of pollution, inefficient sanitary infrastructure and water accessibility not to mention traffic congestion. None of the major cities in India are exclusion to these problems in fact they top the list for these common problems across world. A brown capital city is not at all solution for a nascent and toddler state like AP. It should be the top priority to spur economic and social development without much delay. Existing cities in Andhra have sufficient infrastructure to accommodate advanced economic sectors and does not need additional tag of capital. A green capital city has the potential to attract investment as well as in house innovation. Though all your points sound logical and strong, they are not yet all supported by global data. Unfortunate that you did not have time to expand your knowledge well enough to be informative or useful. It does seem you are thinking in the right direction, keep adding on to your knowledge until you reach the optimal conclusion 🙏 Save the toddler state of AP by showing your solidarity through actions until it can stand on its feet again🤝✊
