This reptile expo has something for everyone whether you're into ball pythons, crested geckos, leopard geckos, boas, retics or reticulated pythons, colubrids, monitor lizards, tortoises and turtles and other reptile and amphibians, this reptile expo has something for everyone! About Dāv Kaufman
Hey Everyone, I’m Dāv Kaufman. I’m a film producer and author and I travel around the world filming amazing reptile, fishing and animal adventures! I’m also an ardent conservationist and reptile breeder, specializing in New Caledonian geckos, bullsnakes, hognose snakes, and ball pythons, especially pied morphs. I hold a BA in History and Media Studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In my travels around the world, I strive to create educational and entertaining videos about all animals from common and exotic pets and how they are living in the wild, to animal caregivers and keepers of exotics, to fishing expeditions from the exotic to local waterways. It was so exciting to meet you. You probably thought my mom and I were stalking you. I promise we weren't. You and this fantastic community really showed my mom that reptile keepers are just a wonderful group. You even caught us a couple times. Mom was on the scooter and I had a walker. Thank you for being so kind to us.

That fire tri-stripe looks monsoonsish and very nice. So smart to go another recessive route. EVERYBODY is breeding clowns now. My neighbor went to the Hamburg PA show. Never owned snakes. Fell in love with mine. She came back from the show with 5 visual clowns and a triple het. I asked why she said bcuz every video she watches 95% of the snakes have clowns.

Wasn't sure what video to ask this on, and maybe a dumb question, and the only reason I ask is because I kept them many moons ago, and used to come across them frequently in certain places, but does anybody work with or keep northern water snakes?! .... The best pet, get big but not to big lizard and can become cat like, child like, is the Argentine Black and White typically male Tegu. Very pre-historic looking, eat veggies/insects/whole prey and live upwards of 20 years with proper diet. A lizard with personality, brains and normally a great temperament gets my Dave Rattle on Award Best, roam your house, lizard!

Out of curiosity, are all hybrids sterile, or is that not a thing in reptiles? e.g. a Liger is not able to breed.

I'm confused on the hybrid retic. Why is it being called "jungle"?? Isn't there already a "jungle" gene that has nothing to do with any burm influence?? And how did it win "best at show" at Tinley lol???
