I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. I personally believe the ex narcissist must be confused, to compete with a woman. The ex narcissist probably feels intimidated that you've got away and living in peace away from the ex narcissist drama. You're happier and unbothered,you don't care what the ex narcissist is up to. That's probably what bothers the ex narcissist. Because every narcissist's is delusional and think everyone wants them.

What is an ex narcissist? Either, they are a narcissist, are they aren’t. They remain the same…and usually never change. They may pretend to reform, but they don’t. Competing with a female is part of the narcissistic personality disorder(npd), which mostly stems from jealousy and an inferiority complex. I agree about them being delusional and thinks that everyone wants them.

This behaviour is extremely toxic your right we are never in competition with them but they see us as competition!! I have come to realize you cannot reason with them as they are not normal human beings so all we can do is forgive our selves for attracting narcs in the first place, accept who they are and focus on our selves and what makes us happy! 😊💖😇🙏.

My ex doesn’t post anything that I can see and I stopped looking after a week I walked away, we’ve been no contact for 30 days I’m finally feeling less sad and stressed.

So true! 🤟 I remember my Ex neigbourhood..full of narcis in every direction ⬆️↗️➡️↘️⬇️↙️ When it comes to Spring/sommer time Watching them from my Humble home on the windows how they compite and bragg from a little stuff or material they got... One week it was a new summer chair & parasol.., week after the rest of neigbours most had The Biggest garden ..😆
