Narduar's charm is that he makes the person he's talking too feel like a million bucks in comparison to him by making himself smaller than them. It's only the real assholes of the earth that spit on people smaller than them just because they can, or because they somehow in a sick way feel it's their duty to do so. Ghostface is the shit, and obviously respects the common person.
