As much as I was rooting for Narga, I figured Tigrex would win. Narga is difficult for his agility, Barioth for his crowd control, but Tigrex is simply pure, reckless offense. It would probably end the same way, but Brute Tigrex vs Frostfang Barioth would be interesting

frostfang seems to be terrible against monsters, he isn't designed this way which is a shame

I already knew who was gonna win when I clicked on the video, I was just curious to see who got second. Tigrex definitely has the best kind of fighting style for these kind of fights, since the main charge move he uses is hitbox city and he tends to spam it a lot. Out of the three, Barioth is my personal favorite but I don’t feel like he gets as much as love in these games as the other two.

Og players of course are going to favor tigerex and the edge lords always go for the black ones. I’m a barioth fan myself.

Well, 2 of 3 are flagships of their own games and get their own themes. Barioth was "just" a regular monster introduced in Tri, so I guess he never settled into people's hearts in the same way.

@@mannyms6678 Narga is my favorite, has nothing to do with being edgy, his simplicity appeals to me, while Tigrex has simplicity too it’s much more on the nose than Nargacuga. I absolutely despise fighting Barioth and his tail is so weirdly shaped.

Like a beserker, magic swordsman, and an assassin all fighting in one big melee. Outcome was kinda obvious but entertaining nonetheless.

I imagine a lot of people predicted the overall winner, but I bet not everyone could predict who would follow them and leave the third one behind! Consistent attack patterns won out for the 1st place Monster, but after that? It was the difference between pouncing with ferocity vs. pouncing with agility.

Now all we need is Pariapuria, Mi Ru, Dyuragaua, Gigginox, Diorekkusu, and the ancient Wyvern Rex. Would've been such a great addition to add in the rest of the pseudos

That was a pretty close fight all around but Tigrex is just so immensely powerful! Barioth put up an excellent fight, this fight was fantastic thank you for doing this 😁

This was actually pretty cool just in the beginning it was good at 1:04 with all 3 roaring,1:13 with Nargacuga and Tigrex teaming up on Barioth and 1:31 with Barioth dodging Tigrex’s charge.

I had personally expected Barioth to come last as he always seemed to get tripped by basically everything. Positive surprise that he in fact did much better than that!

You know, having more health doesn't necessarily mean it is stronger, Rajang has less health than even Tigrex, but is it weaker, absolutely no.

My prediction is Tigrex, he's fast and just never stop, while Nargacuga got a lot of cooldown between his attacks, though Barioth can take it with his high hitzone/long range attacks Well, predictable, though i wasn't exepecting such a margin by Tigrex, and its weird Barioth make him flinch with his roar

Well... We all know who was going to win but I have to admit, nargacuga in this game is very slow. It spends to much time repositioning instead of attacking, even when it's a regular hunt.
