This is the story of Fr. Tony, a priest in his church who was trying to stop a thief who was constantly breaking into the church and making away with valuables. Tony tried everything with the help of his junior priest Rubio and nun Helen, they tried to figure out who the thief was but nothing worked. They used the police and other methods but the thief was always one step ahead. But then, Tony decided to install cameras to catch the thief in the act. However, when he watched the footage, he saw something that shocked him the bones.

Why do I get the impression that this whole story is fictional? Maybe it’s the ai voice or stock photos. To me as a Catholic, the story just doesn’t sound plausible. A more likely scenario is that the kindly parish priest would have recovered all the cash, heard the pretend priest’s confession and talked the thief into turning himself into the authorities. The PP then visited the thief in prison, who then converted to the Catholic faith and really did become a priest at that parish. Now that’s a real story.

Why do you think such a story couldn't be true? High Priests have robbed the Vatican Bank, committed fornication and adultery, had children tho supposedly celibate, been homosexuals, even deviant pedophiles. Don't most banks still have the overnight/after-hours depository for their business customers? It is very similar to the large mail door inside any US Post Office. No Parish should ever keep large amounts of cash on-site.

Although I could be wrong, this story sounds like a clever fictional short story. Those of us who are Catholic do not refer to priests as Tony and Helen. It's Father So and So, and Sister So and So. Such a small parish shown collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars in $100 bills. How many people drop crisp Franklins in the collection plate? The Improbability of the plot. The stock footage. I think this story was made up by someone not in the Church.

That is fictional what you just wrote. God did not set a trap but had a plan to reveal all His attributes. If they had not fallen, He could not show He is a Savior, Healer, Redeemer, etc. And Adam was not tricked. The Bible said that he was not deceived. It was the only way for him to save Eve
