From what i heard his newest EX Ultimate (3rd EX Ultimate) is more suitable for defense But for main you can still use his 2nd EX Ultimate especially it can Revive Cancel!

Roundup mission stage 4, that stage will give you 48 EXP (click details on the each stage mission, you can see the EXP)

Shisui and Anbu never Bested Naruto , Naruto versions are still the best compared to them but go for shisui summon for video content, but shisui is going to have the perfect susanoo later like Itachi has now, go check the backgrounds settings
