The right half of Obito body isnt actually Obito body. Its a half of a hashirama cell clone body. It's why he can heal and use wood style. Most characters can't mix well with hashirama cells and they end up dieing, but obito is one of those few characters and hes pretty talented. The reason why he turned bad is cuz he saw the best friend he sacrificed his life for and the one he gifted his left eye to. just kill the girl he liked. Thats crazy to see.
