I don't blame you guys for skipping those cutscenes, they're pretty bland. You can tell Cc2 got a bit lazy with storm 4 compared to the previous mainline naturo games. Also Ross seems to be slowly getting better which made this more enjoyable to watch.

Okay, I was very much going to watch this, but if you're just gonna skip the cutscenes and be confused as hell, I can't. I can deal with talking over them, I can play the game myself for that. I can deal with Barry talking complete nonsense, I know it's for the lol's. I can deal with the different languages because again, I have the game for myself and already played it in English and they have subtitles on always. But put all of that together and add just skipping cutscenes I can't, it's not a single thing, it's everything combined that I can't. Love ya~

It's funny, Barry's description of the "homage tournament" where the main character enters a tournament and his trainer is the final opponent is literally just a description of the budokai tournaments from Dragon ball, with Jackie Chun being gokus master.

Let's sum it up. People who hate Naruto hate Naruto. Other's who like Naruto but hate this series don't like how they are ignoring the story in story mode, how the language is not in English because they can't understand it and have to read something they might just be trying to listen to in the background, or angry that it's not in Japanese because it's what they're used to. Add in the slightly obnoxious 'pretending to know' of Barry and even Ross considering the inaccuracies he says and the things he doesn't know that according to what he's watched he should know. I think the worst part is the fact that they aren't TRYING to understand it. I mean that in story AND gameplay. It's that thing where you know the answer to something and wish you could say it but can't. I WISH I could tell them what they're doing wrong in combat. I WISH I could tell them the story they don't know. The story is the worst for me because they TRY to listen to some of it, skip other parts thinking they know what happens, and don't know what's going on generally because this game is NOT Xenoverse, it's a sequel so it's story is depending on you playing the others or watching the anime, whereas Xenoverse went from the beginning to end explaining what needed to be known and making things easy to understand. But hey, that's just what I think is going on.

Barry's Naruto plot "jokes" and Ross not charging his chakra are the only things that bother me. But boy do they bother me a lot...

Ross you might want to practice a bit off-screen. The game really gets to shine once you at least master the basics of combat a.k.a Combos, Jutsus, Awakenings, Rushes, and Guard Breaks.

This "We don't know or care about Naruto and even if we do we'll pretend we don't" thing is getting kind of tedious. Guys, you are two adult men who make a living playing video games, it's perfectly okay to admit that you know and enjoy the show.
