If you picture the seal like a door, what has happened here is the Nine Tails shoved his chakra through the crack at the edge of the closed door in reaction to Naruto's anger, which will in time push the door open wider fraction by fraction until the seal is wide open

It's a long story but it wasn't Naruto choice to have this power which lead to a very serious chain of events in situations where Naruto almost dies, Nine Tails escaping but it lead to Naruto and The Nine Tails actually bonding when Naruto met all the other Tailed Beast calling Naruto a their hero before Naruto actually saved them and saved The World with Obito, Sasuke, the 1st 2nd, 3rd and 4th Hokage, Itachi and The Allied Shinobi Alliance

Sakura is so smart, but they didn’t use her as much in the show and it’s sad. In Shippuden, we really thought she was gonna have more action and yk, be more like able. She got to be a medical ninja, but that doesn’t mean have her do nothing and get in the way. Kishi said he can’t write female characters and I wish he at least got someone who was. Not the only kunoichi who was underused

Yah, Kishi has a problem with most, if not all, of the female characters in Naruto. They're 10% power, 5% single personality trait, and 85% defined by the men in their lives. Tsunade by her losses (Dan, Nowaki, and Jiraiya). Hinata = shy + loves Naruto. Sakura = angry + loves Sasuke. Temari = standoffish, being the kazekage's sister, and Shikamaru. Kurenai was there to get pregnant by Asuma. Nearly every single woman in the show is like this, if they aren't there to be background characters. The only exception I can think of is Sakura's friendship with Ino, and it nearly always fails the Bechdel test... Sakura especially gets saved or paired up or generally shoved in the direction of Kakashi, just because she's otherwise just floating doing nothing most of the time in battle. It gets utterly ridiculous. Even in this movie, later on she's just hanging out with Kakashi while he's on the floor. Because Kishi can't think of anything else to do with her.
